A message from the Police & Crime Commissioner

Nottinghamshire’s PCC Paddy Tipping said: “Hate crime cannot and will not be tolerated. The police take it extremely seriously and it is a priority of mine. I want to see more people having the confidence to report hate crime, as that way we can demonstrate how unacceptable it is and take action to deal with those who commit it.

“I understand people’s concerns in the current environment, but I would encourage anyone who believes they have been a victim of hate crime, to come forward and tell the police using 101 number.”
