The Citizens at The Indian Centre Celebrated Diwali

Diwali, the festival of lights is celebrated by Indians throughout the world. It is the largest festival in the Hindu calendar. The citizens at The Indian Centre celebrated Diwali by participating in the “Aarti” prayer ceremony; receiving gifts from The ICCA Board and enjoyed delicious traditional snacks washed down with a cup of chai (tea).

Citizens also reminisced about celebrating Diwali during their childhood and talked about the significance of Diwali celebrations in their lives.
